HSMP (tier1) extension(in case long period stay out of uk)

Dear All,
When go through this board I get lots of useful helpful information.I need guidence or help form some one who know more about rules please.

I got HSMP in August 2006 to August 2008.(during this time i first enter in Oct.2006 and left uk due to change in rules inJan.2007.then come agian in July 2007 and left uk in Dec 2007)
during all above stay i work in UK offcial job.

After that under HSMP judicial reviw I got 4 years tier1 (from Feb 2009 to Feb 2013)
after that I were in UK 2 times for trying to settle down first in enter in March 2009 and left uk in July 2009(after doing offical job then May 2011 to August 2011.(without job due to recession)

Now I AM OUT OF UK and WISH TO TRY ONCE AGAIN and my dependent having same visa as i have.

If anyone have experince or knowledge then please guide me weather due to my over stay out of UK,will i get extension?if yes then how long approximatly......or what should be the best way because due to chnage in rules and recession i have to suffer lots

guide me if anyone can.
