urgent questions

I have my PEO appointment coming up in the next 3 days and am panicking with last minute questions, although it should be a simple straightforward case:
1) Do I need to take any self-addressed envelope for them to send the Biometric Card, if the application is successful?
2) I want to pay by banker's draft. Is it payable to Home Office? How long does it take to get it made at the Bank? Also, do I need to make this account payee only, and if yes, how? Sorry -- just came to UK and some of these terms are new to me.
Any help is appreciated from the experts!!

1) No - BRP is delivered by courier & costs bore by UKBA
2) draft payable to "Home Office", they are always crossed, will take 2 mins if there are no queues at the bank

Manka, thank you so much. I am heading to the bank soon. Do I need to have an account, or can I walk in with cash to get it done?

i think you will need an account mate, not sure but ask in the bank

also double check if PEO takes bank draft as mode of payment though I think they do
