Tier 1 General Section D

Hi Guys,

I am currently filling in my extension form. Section asks me to input details of port of entry and ticket number.

I came here in 2002 and I dont have my ticket, what can I do in such situation ?

Or do I need to type in details of my last entry which was couple of months ago ?

Just leave them blank if you dont remember those details.

you should only be answering that question if you answered yes to question D6

I am slightly confused by D5, I have two passports, my current visa is in the old one and no visa in new one, do I still need to fill D6 or just skip to D11
