Appointment for Tier 1 General

Hi Guys,
I have been trying the online service to book an appointment for Tier1 General Extension and no matter what date or venue I select, it always says nothing available. I change the category from Tier 1 to something else and appointments appear.
Has anybody else experienced the same, I tried calling home office but after a few options I was diverted back to the website.

I know it is very hard to get PEO appointment but don't loose the hope.

Try try again is the principal and you will get one.

Keep trying every night 23:55Hrs to 00:05Hrs and early mornings as well.
