Mode of Study for Exercising EU Treaty in Ireland

Post by jena2k12 » Wed Mar 28, 2012 1:04 pm

Hi All!

I hope you all are doing great. I am EEA-national married to non-EEA national. Right now i am doing part time beautician course at a college here in Dublin. I was wondering that if some body could help/answer me that

1: Does this part time course makes me that I am Exercising my EU treaty rights?
2: If yes then Can my husband apply for 4EUFAM stamp on the basis of this and what documents, relating to my studies, we have to attach?

I will appreciate all the responses, stay blessed you all.

To exercise your rights you have to live in an EU country and you are doing it. Also, the state considers the fact you are not a burden on tax payer's money. Surly you are not , If I can hazard a guess. This is more an answer to your question
