HI Guys,

Are student visa and post study work counted towards 10 years long residency ?

1. Yes it does and my husband received his ILR under this category (8 years as a student and 2 years PSW).

Palmist: Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) category does not lead to settlement itself but can be used for 10 years lawful residence.
