Family visa

Hi
I would like to know abt family visa for my parents. I have got my ILR so would like to apply for them as they are dependent on me can you give me advise how to proceed? What should I show on documents

I have read from the given link..

but there are some confusions, can I called my parent (age 63-55) or brother(33)?

how to apply and what documents do i require for this? did anyone apply for family visa?
