The EU Citizen Child and Non-EU National Parents: IN NORWAY

hi please i direction on what to do:
Am a non-EU citizen(A Nigerian) residing in norway as an asylum seeker, was denied twice and was told to leave the country, which i did, . i have a child with an Eu National from lithuania. and our babe is just a week old . would this ruling that by the virtue of my child being Eu child be granted a residency to stay with my child and her mother whom we both are planning to get married?
