if refused for ILR then possible for FLR

Post by HSMP(Tier1) » Thu Mar 29, 2012 8:10 am

Hello to all Memebrs,

I wish to know that I am under HSMP +Tier1 Genreal as per Judicial Review guidelines.

in 2013 i wish to apply for Tier1 General (Feb 2009 to 2013)and I got tier1 general on base of HSMP judicial review.

If i will not able to score earning points or 75 points then I have to leave UK or they will give me furtehr leave to remain (mean extension for some years?)

Is there any rules for work permit who are under judicial review?

As per my knowledge I can apply for work pemrit where I am working at the time of applying visa.

please guide if anyone know.

Why do you think your ILR application will be rejected? I guess you only apply for ILR when you feel that you meet all the criteria and if everything is in place there shouldn't be any issue.

In order to extend Tier 1, you need to get the necessary 75 points. There is no "mercy extension". Switching from Tier 1 to Tier 2 would not be advisable as that might lead to other complications.
