What do Caseworkers do after 20 working days

As we all probably know here, 75% of applications are aimed to be decided within 20 working days.

Now what happens when 20 days are passed? Will your application be given less priority and more attention given to someone within 20 working days so that their 75% completion within 20 days doesn't fall back?

Just a thought...but comments welcome
