Appointments to submit in person

Has anyone been able to secure an appointment to submit in person? How do you go about doing this as it seems the website always says "No appointments available".

Yes, You are right. It is very hard to find an appointment, but if you patiently refreshes the screen, at some instance you can find the appointment.

In my case, continuously I was refreshing the screen, somehow after one half day, I could secure an appointment.

Can someone please clarify, if one has to complete the on line application form prior taking the premium appointment or it can be taken separately?

As everyone has beenposting, it's very hard to get the appointment, will try my luck at midnight.
