appeal decision overturned

Hi just about a week ago, the appeal for my wife dependent visa was overturned, as confirmed by the british embassy in mumbai over the phone and we were asked to post her passport along with the letter of decision overturned once we recieve it. Today we have recieved the letter , but the letter says to submit the passport in the british embassy counter in mumbai. As mumbai quite far away from my place , so i have decided to post the document. Can someone kindly confirm me if this is the right address to post the passport.
