ILR - Child born in UK

Post by npk_2012 » Fri Mar 30, 2012 12:10 pm

Hi,

I have a question about my ILR application due in two months. My Daughter was born in UK in 2008 and she is 4 years old in one week. She has got a Sri lankan passport and leave to remain stamped in it expiry date as same as our passports. Could any one can tell me whether I need to include my daughter as a dependant of the SET(o) application or Can I apply citizen ship as soon as we (Me and wife) get ILR stamped in? If I not included her in the SET(O) application will there be an issue and chance to reject it? My daughter is having a Tier 1 (General) dependant visa and BRP already.

Thank you,

vinny
