Help in ILR

Hello Friends,

My query is I need to apply ILR in December 2013. I just read in form somebody rejected them ILR Application due to the driving without insurance. I have a same problem I got 5 points for driving without incurence in July 2008 and I got my tier-1 visa in November 2008. I was contact DVLA and they said my Point will be clear in July 2012. And I need to Apply ILR in December 2013. So in this case this problem effect me on my ILR application. If any body got the ILR within 2 year after them No Incurece Point is clered please help me

If your points are removed on July 2012 then conviction should be spent and applying in dec shouldn't be problem. Guru need to confirm
