Student visa appeal successful but no visa issued yet

I applied for student visa extension from UK, but my application was rejected on the basis that I did not have the required fund for the 28 day period. However I appealed against their decision in the Tribunal Court because my sponsor did not transfer the fund on time due to some reasons. My appeal was accepted on 20/01/2012 but neither my visa was issued nor i was informed regarding my student status. Could any one advise me on what is the next step I should take considering that my visa had expired and my student extension had not been issued.
