I obtained my qualification which makes me eligible for a psw last December. However since then I have switched to another tier 4 visa and hence cannot provide my leave to remain which made me eligible for a psw because it was taken away when my new brp with this new institution was issued. Will my application be refused? I have my current brp and also the visa I had when I first entered the UK. Please help! I want to apply before the deadline but am worried that because I cannot provide my leave to remain which I had when I studied at my institution my application will be rejected!
