PSW to Tier 2

HI All,

I am confused over tier 2 restricted and unrestricted difference
i am on PSW and my employer is willing to sponsor me for tier 2 and they said it will be under unrestricted tier2 additionaly they said you will be free to work for any other company under this same visa if you are not willing to continue with us

is there any visa of such kind?

If you leave your employer in order to work for someone else you would need to make a new tier 2 application to work for that employer.

salary rage to obtain a cos and tier 2 visa possibilities to obtain PR
