30th March Croydon IT issues Premium applications deferred

Biometric results system went down at about 4pm no announcement made to public only about 6:30pm they were calling all to window and saying system down so cant proceed with application. Decision of applications not given they said they will call some time next week but cannot guarantee. How unfair for the premium charge! Croydon got issues or it was just Friday and they wanted to go home early?

Sorry to hear that, Some of us have been affected by this technical glitch past few weeks it has become more in number lately ...
