Cohab Documents for Set(o)

I just want to ask that what and how many cohab documents one has to show? Is the comnbination of utility bills, bank statements and a medical registration NHS Card would be sufficient or one has to show the full 2 yrs utility bills, full 2 yrs bank statements etc
