PSW tier 1 dependent (child)

Can someone please help me in section K 4, K5, and K6 in the application form for tier 1 psw dependent;
As We both parents at present in the UK and on Tier 1 psw visa status.
K4 : Are both parents lawfully present in the UK : Yes
K6: Is the main applicant your sole surviving parent?
K7: Does the main applicant have sole responsibility for your upbringing?

Please let me know the answers in yes or No

If you are not the only parent, then are you responsible alone for the care of your kid

Noboday can answer yes or no it depends on your situation, its common sense really, if your spouse is present in the uK then clearly the answer is NO, but are you solely responsible for the kid??

Please let me know the answers in yes or No

Thanks for your help
that means the answers for K6 and K7 should be No
As we both parents are at present in the Uk , and ofcourse we both responsible for the upbringing for child.
