OCI family application queries

Guys pls can you answer these queries on OCI family application

1) I am applying OCI for myself and my son(3 months old). can I use single application and select 'Family Group' or do I need to fill 2 sets of applications

2) if i select as family group, will it generate only one GBRLI number i think, is it fine if i can use same number for 2 postal orders???

3) my child is born in UK and he has only british passport, so no surrender certificate for him..do i need any affidavit for him??

4)What we shud write for visible mark in application
