That is because of simple thumb rule - Advertisement of any sort is not recommended on forum. not every thing/situation is written in black & white in the guidance notes

Write to the UKBA (e-mail) regarding the type of the form and apply/use accordingly. This e-mail would be a good reference. The feedback using phone cannot be a reference.
If there is wrong form selection then e-mail could be used as a refernce. U might attach the reply of the e-mail with the application with a cover letter.
