i m work permit issue 2007 salry £31000 IT admin the new salry will apply to me .
from ukba "continue to provide a route to settlement for the best Tier 2 migrants, if they meet a minimum salary threshold of £35,000."

This salary threshold applies from 2016....for you you need to match the code of practice salary thats all...make sure employer letter is as described in the sticky within this forum
