Arriving to UK with 6 months Tier1 Visa validity & renew

Hello All,
this is for my friend who is having Tier1 Visa valid till end of Nov -2012. He is currently in India and is coming to Uk with a job in hand. His salary for 6 months is getting all the needed points. But still need few clarifications.

1) Will there be any problem to renew his Visa with just 6 months of salary(although his income is good enough to renew with 6 months salary)?
2) will there be any trouble in clearing immigration officer at the airport after arriving?

2) He might be questioned why he is coming late but then it should be okay if he is able to convince the immigration officer that he wants to work & live in UK.

- No.
will there be any trouble in clearing immigration officer at the airport after arriving?
- Should not be a problem if the intend and docs are correct.
