Hi,
please help I have a british citizen baby, I am separated with the father( single mother) now, I would like to know if I can extend my stay through my baby ?
At the moment I`m on a student visa.

If you have to look after the baby, I think you can extend you stay due to human rights.

How does the human rights work please. My student visa expire soon and I don`t really what to do .

You can't resolve this complex situation by asking for tips on a discussion forum. The comment from the other member above is well-intended but does nothing to help, and you will only get more of the same. You need to take professional advice as there may be options that fall both inside and outside the immigration rules. An application within the rules is much more advantageous but it would require you to apply from your home country (if you meet the requirements for this). It really depends on your circumstances
