180 days allowed for visitors

Post by ITGraduate » Mon Apr 02, 2012 8:22 pm

Dear Experts,

Please could you let me know if the travel dates are included in the allowed 180 days allowance for a general visitor to stay in UK?

so is it ( 1 day travel to UK + 178 days + 1 day travel out of UK ) or travel days + 180 days

Thanks,

No,

Both days travelling out of UK and In to UK, are counted as days spent in UK.
Information and/or advice provided by me is of general nature and is not intended to substitute for informed professional legal or other professional advice.
