Hi,
can i apply for spouse visa(in uk) on these facts?

1. my wife income is 750£ a month (self emplyed)
2. she has 100,000£ in her account( she has sold her shop).
3. she( british ) has never get any benefit from govt or council.

ukba will consider 100,000£ as our saving?

Yeah, Saving is worthy but Visa Officer sees the regular income.

Currently you need £105.95 in cash per week left over after paying for housing (rent or mortgage and council tax). But this amount may not work after June 2012 because laws are going to be changed then.
After taking Advice; remember Everyone's application, and thus supporting documents, will be different depending on personal circumstances.

Of course your substantial savings of £100,000 will be considered...even more so as your wife also has income. Just make sure your wife submits evidence of the source of her savings.
By the way, there has been no confirmation yet as to whether (or when) the Regulations will change. :?
