Do I have Established Presence or Not ? plz help

Hello All ,

I wanted to ask you all, If you could help me ,
As I got my Tier 4 Visa Extension till 16th April 2012 , for a 1 year course,
i completed my Course in August 2011 , it was a level 6 course ,
then in September i started my Level 7 Course with the Same , Education Provider.

I have got a new CAS now , for my extension ,
but the start dates are 1st April to 21st Dec 2012 (End Date),

My question is, Do i still qualify for tyhe Established Presence ,
level of funds ?
