student dependant tier 4 visa appeal

hi

i applied for student dependant visa tier 4 in november 2011 which got refused i applied again in the smae category it got refused again under new rules.
therefore i appealed against their decision and the last correspondence i recieved from them is the ECO HAS OVERTURNED THE ORIGINAL DECISION"
in december 2011.. but they have not yet sent me call letter or anything...i need to know what can be done about this?

plz help
