tier1 maintenance funds requirements

I want to apply extension in June with two dependent.Which date will be three month

24 Feb 2012 Visa £5.89
£205.71
28 Feb 2012 Bank credit £1700.00
£1905.71
03 Apr 2012 Credit by cheque £108.00
£2013.71
03 Apr 2012 Bank credit £200.00
£2213.71


q1>From the statement above ,If I take statement on 1st June ,is it three month?

i try to apply before 14 June since increase of maintenance funds requirements .

if I apply on or after 14 June
I have another bank account for job salary , 200+ balance from 8th march to 3rd April

Oh, its easy. You can find the start-date of your 3 month period by counting each period to the 1st of the previous month: e.g.

From June 1st back to May 1st = 1
May 1st back to April 1st = 2

I'll let you finish.

So ,from 1st march to 1st june is 3months.

So,if i take statement on 1st june will be fine.

I think we need 90 days statement not three month.

You need 3 months maintenance funds. You can use 3 months of bank statements right upto a day or a day prior to your appointment. So for instance if you are going to PEO on 13th June, you can use the statement up until 12th June or even 13th June if your bank can print, sign and stamp them. On the other end, you can use the statement which is upto 28 days old as well. So again for 13th May appointment, you can use the statement upto say 15th May.

the end date of the 90-day ............... above will be taken as the date of the closing balance on the most recent of the specified documents, and must be no earlier than 31 days before the date of application.

28 Feb 2012 (Bank credit £1700.00) £1905.71

29 feb 1 dy
march 31 dy
April 30 dy
may 31 dy

If I ask bank statement on 1st June date it will cove 93 days.
