Thanks for the reply. If that is the case then what date should I mention on the form; 6.1 - "When did you first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based."barker wrote:i dont think it should matter as long as you were within the country legally. The 5 year period starts from the day that your visa under which you qualify starts. People who apply for HSMP / Tier 1 from within the UK will also not have the same date of entry as their visa issue date.
