Early Appointment query

Post by Kaykay121 » Fri Apr 06, 2012 10:39 am

Hello,

My Tier 1 General Visa expires on 28th April 2012. (Total visa duration 28th April 2007 - 28th April 2012). My first entry in UK was 20th May 2007. I am not sure which date should I consider to get an in person appointment for ILR. what are the chances if I apply few (about 10-15 days) earlier.

Any suggestions or similar previous experience would help.

Many thanks,
Kay.

I believe 10-15 days early should be ok, as UKBA always advise to apply atleast 1 month before the date of expiry. but i would stronly recommend to ask UKBA at the time of booking the appoitmnet?
