much as I hate to admit, there is no such thing in process, do not depend on any such premise, try increasing your earnings instead

Thanks for your true advise,but same thing was happned in 2006-2007 when I left UK due to no change in HSMP rules and after that suddnely at end of my visa in 2008,HSMP Judicial Review happened.

but its not happen every time,its true thanks

Hi,

As Manka has already stated, the chance of something like that happening is highly unlikely.

The new government is trying to reduce immigration to the barest minimum, so I highly doubt the option you speak of will ever happen.

Like Manka10 said, best to earn more to qualify.
