Tie 1 Dependent any limit to come first time

Please any body answer,,,,,,,,,,,,,is there any specfice time for Tie 1 Dependent to enter in UK,once they recieve visa.

Actually i am on Tier 1 living in UK,family visa is granted on Jan2012 so is there any problem if they join me late?

The expiry date of the visa is the limit.
