Visa for My Mom

i have EEA FP and iam about to marry this month, my wife ( eea ) made invitation for them to be present at the wedding , so my Dad fill up a visitor application and we are wondering , dose my mom need an other visa application or just mention her in my dad's visa will be enough ??

well in my fathers appliaction they mentioned : is the person traveling with u , have a visa : yes / no / don't need .

we ticked No , meanign she needs visa , we thought that he passport will be along with my dad's application and she will be rant visa if my dad will have .

Ok, she filled up her application , so now she have to put it along with my dad's application with shared documents( bank statemnt, invitation and supporting documents) or she have to have a completly independent application ?
