Tier 1 General Visa Extension - Help Needed

Post by kunal parikh » Sat Apr 07, 2012 6:26 pm

Hi

I am on Tier 1 General visa which was granted in April 2010. My extension is due on Apr 2013 (3+2). I have lost my previous application form and guidance notes from my computer.

My questions are:

1) I have shown 26K when I first applied Tier 1. Do I have to show same amount while extending visa or the salary figure go up with age for extending visa. If someone can share the old table which shows the all criteria for age, income n all

2) IF we show higher salary while extending visa then do we have to show the same again while applying for PR?

Your reply will be really appreciated.

Thanks
Kunal

Age: If the applicant was first granted leave in the categories of Highly Skilled Migrant, Writer, Composter or Artist, Self -employed lawyer or Tier 1 (General) Migrant and has not been granted leave in any category other than those listed here since the first grant of
leave, points will be awarded based on the applicant’s age at the date of the application for that first grant of leave
.
Previous Earning: You can show more from your previous earning, and claim points for the relevant band

Points will be awarded in the same way as for as your previous extension of stay under Tier 1 (General). If your circumstances have not changed, you will be awarded the same number of points for these attributes.
Your reply will be really appreciated.

1 - No your earnings can vary (be it more or less compared to ur earnings at the time of initial application
2 - No, same as above applies here too :)
