Please Read, Desperately Need Advice!!

As some of you may know that in my previous Student Visa Application (in 2008, was refused because of insufficient funds), my mother's date of birth was not written right. so i posted a thread here asking for advice. after a little bit of search i found this on UKBA website. so i just want to ask will ECO refuse me if he sees difference in my mother's DOB, because this time i am going to write her correct date of birth, which is written on her ID card?

"In addition you must not refuse an applicant under 320(7B) if:

- false documents or false representations were used in a previous visa or leave to enter or remain application, and the applicant was not aware that the documents or representations were false"

I am seriously worried about this matter, Everyone says I dont have a chance and ECO will refuse me, but I dont know why would he refuse me on such little thing, which was just a mistake. and why does Parent's DOB matter to such an extent that ECO will refuse me?

Its not a big deal.

Write the correct DOB this time and provide detail of your mistake in section 9 of visa form with reference of that.

But still I will not recommend you to apply, as according to your previous post, you did MANY mistakes with the help of a immigration consultant.

[Now you cannot remove your question after getting answer. :P]

 removed my post, because i was not feeling ok with it. and no I have consulted with a professional, he said that wont be a problem because I never mentioned that I was married or something. time will tell bro. pray for me, I am worried about my mother's date of birth thing though, other than that there is no solid reason to refuse me because I was never married, never said i was married, did not provide any solid document (like marriage certificate or something) to show that i was married. but anyways I still have doubts about my mother's date of birth, and yes I too have thought about writing a note in additional info page, explaining it, but i dont know whether it would be helpful or not...
