Hi,
Can any member please share their experience with regards to ILR long residence. My friend applied more than 6 month ago and he is having to withdraw the application due to a situation in family.

UKBA have advised 20 working days. They are not catering for exceptional circumstances.

Does any one know any numbers to call of fax.

Anyone aware of an alternative to get passport sooner.

I guess, you can withdraw the application and make them return the passport by next working day
