tier 1 General extension (previous earning points)

Post by malikmana1983 » Sun Apr 08, 2012 1:52 pm

hi,

i am working part time with a american company from my home and selling their products online through the website, this is a commission based work which calculated on the basis of the customers acquired and products sold plus i am getting promotion bonuses as well, the company is paying money directly in my account with no tax deducted and they send monthly statements as well which explain the calculation of commission/bonus

Now my question is Can i claim my earning points on the basis of the income mentioned above ?

Thanks

These are self-employed earnings so you will have to register with HMRC and provide the standard of evidence for SE income that is listed in the policy guidance.
