ICT 2 ILR query

I received my Tier 2 ICT starting from 3 FEB 2009. Entered uk on the 7th of FEB 2009.

I have now extended my visa which is under the same category ie TIER 2 ICT and till 04 FEB 2014.

Since I entered on the 7th i will be just short of 5 years. Will i still be eligible for ILR? Can i apply after 4 years 11 months. It seems they want 5years continuous stay.

Can you suggest a solution please.
