Can a British citizen get a Dependant visa for a brother ?

Can a British citizen get a Dependant visa for a brother ?

Hi

I am a British citizen originally from India.

My parents want to move to UAE to stay with my elder brother.
I have a younger brother 16 who will then be left alone in India.

Can I bring him to the UK as my dependant, so that I can look after him. If yes how?

The first question to answer is why is he not going with your parents . It sounds like they are choosing to leave him so he can migrate to the UK .

Hi,

3, reasons actually.

1. He is unable to find the course he wants to study in UAE
2. UAE does not allow him to come as a dependant, it is allowing him only on a visit visa.
3. Also financially my brother is unable to support him.

It's not possible. He should look at the Tier 4 student category.
