Visa application for switching to PBS Tier 2 dependant

I am working on a Intra Company Transfer (ICT) Tier 2 visa from October 2013 in the UK. Recently, my wife was granted a Tier 2 General visa for her new job. I plan to apply to switch my visa from ICT main applicant to PBS Tier 2 dependant in the UK. Could you please advice that the visa application should be applied under
