Visa Expiration and visa Appointment

Hello Everyone and Good morning, and thank you for all you do on this page.
I am a bit troubled, that is why I have to send you this for advice.

I am currently on a student visa, and I have successfully switch my visa to a skilled worker visa while during my family application they have to book an appointment with ukvcas, my family visa expires on Jan 30th, 2024. My question is, can I book an appointment with ukvcas on the 9th of Feb since the visa expires on the 30th of Jan. Please, ur response will be appreciated. Thank you.

Biometric appoitnment doesnt have to be before visa expiry. So fine to book for feb.

My BRP card is valid until the March 14, 2024. I have applied for ILR and received a message stating: "Attend an appointment to provide your documents and biometrics by May 3, 2024." Is it okay if I provide my biometrics after my BRP card expires, but before May 3, 2024? Thank you!
