Visa to invite parents and list of doc

Hi,

Myself and my wife both have ILR (got it in October 2015) and we are indian citizens. I would like to invite my parents to come stay with us for a month. Which visa I should apply for? What are the required documents? Do I need to take insurance for my parents? If yes, which insurance should I take.

If someone who has done it, can reply it would be great.
