Visa4UK: Spouse visa question

Hi All

I need some help to answer few questions in order to complete spouse (Wife) visa application on VISA4UK website.

The questions are bit confusing and I am not sure what it intends to ask, I hope someone may help and let me know what should be answered

1. What is their relationship to you ( Relationship to sponsor)
The given answers within drop down menu are Brother, Sister, Uncle, Partner, Other relative
The given list of answers doesn't contain Husband or Wife so I am not sure which one to select

2. Family Detail section
I am required to provide Passport and other details within spouse section, next to each question the help/note given it seems like it ask the person (applicant) filling in the form to input his/her details

I just want to clarify as this is spouse section so all details to be provided should be relevant to spouse, please let correct and let me know.

1. What have you selected as visa route? Did you select 'Adult Dependent'? You should select : Settlement >>Settlement >>>Wife

Yes the route I have selected is Settlement > Settlement > Wife
and while filling in the application I was presented with questions as mentioned within first post

Then I would say it is 'Partner'

Can you please also let me know whose details should I provide within Family Sections either of applicant or spouse

I have never had to use the online forms and don't have a log in to see. What are the questions being asked?

1)If you have selected right category and there is no option of spouse then partner is right option
2)yes its all relevant to spouse so you should enter their details. This on-line form is for someone applying from outside uk and you are filling this form on behalf of your spouse so need to enter their details in relevant sections
