UK Visit Visa for my Mother

Hi i need some advice
I want to apply for visit visa for my mother i want her to fully sponsored. Please advised me where to start.
I am British self employed .

3. What ties to her home country will she prove? It is less about your circumstances and more about her ties to home country to convince UKVI that she will leave and go back.

i have 6 months bank statement pay slips etc.
my mother is receiving regular pension in her account, i have FRC(Family Registration Certificate) only thing is accommodation in which i am not sure what to do.
I need some advice for accomodation. i don't have enough space in my accomodation.Can my mother stay with my mother in law and how can i give the proof of accomodation or can i book a hotel for her.please Advice

You can do either of the 3 options. Staying with your MIL might be slightly trickier though.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

I would concentrate on the primary issues before looking at accommodation and funding.

What ties does your mother have to her own country?
Property
Family members - and what relationship they have
She has a pension so that points to being somewhat financially independent- how much is it and are you regularly sending funds?
