Such arrangement between Ireland and the UK for PSW visa holders doesn't exit. The Republic of Ireland, commonly known as Ireland is not Northern Ireland, and is a sovereign state. Hence, Ireland is not part of the UK.
The Irish Consular Office advises:
"You should not attempt to travel to Ireland from any part of Great Britain and Northern Ireland without a valid Irish visa." See link for more information:

Yes! You need a visa to visit Switzerland. Your PSW visa is not a valid visa for travelling to Ireland and Switzerland.
