Visiting visa for my mum.

Post by ammus » Sun Feb 21, 2016 9:48 pm

My first post. I am planning to apply for a visiting visa for my mum. I have all necessary documents eventhough my bank account has been overdrawn for the six months. I had interest free overdraft and have not been charged. Can I highlight this to het my chance for a visit visa. Also I only have 2 bedroom property which is solely in my name even though I have my famiy here. I have 2 boys. Is there chance of visa refusal due to overcrowding. Forgot to mention that I have put money in my account couple of days before taking statement and my account in credit noe for £1500. I have regular salary of £2000 into my account
My mum has FD intotal of 2lakhs which was started 3 yrs before. Also my brother in abudhabi supports her with 10000 rs roughly per year. She has house and other land in her name and all that documents.
We all have british passport and oci
So do you think she will get visa

FDs are not accepted. Her funds have to be liquid and immediately accessible.
