Vist UK during Visa Family Visa Processing

Post by Mattcolbert » Tue Nov 24, 2020 7:35 pm

My Russian Fiance is in possession of a 2 year multi entry visa.
She is currently on holiday in London.
We have been advised that she can leave the country for the submission of the visa using the retain passport option at the visa centre in Moscow and return for another visit while we wait approval and get the passport stamped back in Moscow.
Is this correct?

A mere possession of a visit visa doesn't always warrant a hassle free entry rather can be intervened even revoked if the immigration staff wont be satisfied. Therefore, in the above illustration, there would be high possibility that she would be denied to enter on her visit visa while having a pending settlement application due to falling foul the criteria.
