A mere possession of a visit visa doesn't always warrant a hassle free entry rather can be intervened even revoked if the immigration staff wont be satisfied. We have been advised that she can leave the country for the submission of the visa using the retain passport option at the visa centre in Moscow and return for another visit while we wait approval and get the passport stamped back in Moscow.
Is this correct?
