Well-done HO: BRP NOT Arrived After Visa Vignette Expired

I'm literally stunned by this Home Office. There is just no professionalism at all when dealing with the GREATEST Home Office and the Covid-19 situation has just gave the Home Office a perfect excuse to slow their pace and stick to INCOMPETENT work mode.

Here is my timeline of my T2(General) visa application:
Application date: 2 January 2020 (outside the UK)
Approval date: 28 January 2020
Passport return date: 30 August 2020
Date of entering the UK: 7 Oct 2020
BRP Status: NOT YET ARRIVED

My employer has already spent more than £5,000 pounds on a top ranking City law firm helping me with my case but still hearing nothing from the Home Office. Maybe my BRP is 100% organic and it's still growing somewhere I guess?

What does your nominated post office say when you go there to enquire?

Have you reported it as not received etc to the relevant email address?

There are delays with brps even for those applying within the UK. Note they are not produced by HO, they are produced by another government department.

I have 2 decision letters from the Home Office and the most recent one does not have a date for BRP collection. And yes I have already visited the post office for 22 time as of today but no luck at all. I understand the BRP is produced by DVLA but keep reporting to the BRP management unit does not mean anything nowadays. There is just an auto mail saying someone will contact me within 5 working days.

Anyway, I just want to let people know how incompetent this gov can be and how they hate new migrants. After the 8-month waiting time, lost all my rage already. Thanks for your reply though.
